R&D of a mobile system for measuring soil quality and health, soil reaction, pH, soil organic matter (SOM) and nutrients (N, P, K) content by the in-situ method using NIR spectroscopy with on-line data transfer. Laboratory experiments serve as a resource for testing on a small-plot scale of a model agricultural enterprise.
